"She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness." Proverbs 31: 26-27

Mother's Day is approaching, and the Bible has alot to say how we should live as mothers.  

It's a big task being a mother.  Not only the physical responsibilities that you have, but also the emotional and developmental responsibility you have as well.  We are constantly worried about their education, health, well being, emotions, growth, and their acceptance.  But God tells us to be concerned for their future. Their future in Him.

I love this verse because it means so much.  

"She speaks with wisdom and faithful instruction is on her tongue."-- Our families depend on us to be wise and instruct them.  And as mother's kindness and patience is expected as well. 

"She watches over the affairs of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness."-- We do not have the option of slacking off or being lazy.  We are the ones who hold the knowlege of all the ins and outs of our home.
